    1. Wow... that is incredible! Especially since it was completely unexpected. I hope you don't mind my asking, what was it like to meet the band? Was it "out of this world"? Or was it anticlimactic? (Hopefully not the latter?!) 😮

    2. Its always dreamy:) I have been fortunate to meet The Cure (and their different lineups) many times over the years and they have always been very friendly and gracious. Although it was a little (lot) crazier in the 80s and 90s.Every time I have walked away thinking "Did that really just happen?!" I also have a m&g coming up in Denmark, so if my ticket wins today, I will give someone else a chance to go back and see them :)

    3. That's amazing that you've had the chance to meet the different lineups over the years! Guess I was a bit naive in assuming it was your first time but it did cross my mind that you may have met them before. By now it is quite possible the band members already recognize/know you by name (that is, if you're not already acquainted)...lol. Sounds like a dream come true...I don't want to use the word "lucky" since it appears you worked hard to place yourself in these fortunate situations. I can't fathom what it would be like to be face to face with a group I'd admired from afar for years. I imagine it might be somewhat anticlimactic.
I would probably a) make a complete fool of myself, b) be rendered speechless (the irony), or both of the above (and I'm not exactly the "star struck" type of person in the least). Probably this would be mitigated if it were an informal situation (i.e. unexpectedly running into a band member) versus a more formal meet and greet scenario. Wow,it sounds like you will be following the band around the world on the three different legs of the tour. Lucky you Now if I can only secure that trust fund (inheritance), win the Powerball (dumb luck), marry a wealthy spouse or befriend Warren Buffet (questionable motives?), or start up that multi billion dollar enterprise (self-made...best strategy).
      HAHAHAHA.....

    6. Wrong choice of words. I'm not aware if there is an official fan m&g in Denmark like they're having here in Hawaii. I was referring to an informal invite. An occasional occupational perk :)

    7. Oops! I meant "complete". See? Just thinking about it gets me tongue tied! Lol!

    8. LOL...it happens to the best of us. 😨Glad that you're able to at least maintain your composure with RS and co. Earlier you'd alluded to crazy occurrences at prior meet and greets.
I would've loved to be a fly on the wall...maybe the band's drug use during that era had something to do with it. I do remember you'd mentioned that you were a musician...I figured it (industry or personal connections) may have had something to do with it. Otherwise, the only other way I can think of is to purchase or win the occasional VIP package which includes m&g.
